The GDPR Audit process is clear, efficient and like all of my services tailored to your business size and sector:

1. Discovery
   The first step is really so that I can gain an understanding of your business. After our chat I will send over a data mapping exerice for you to complete & your invoice.  

2. Documentation Review
   I will then move on to assess the different areas of your business where either a GDPR issue has been flagged and all the common areas – this includes areas like,  existing policies, contracts, privacy notices, consent in marketing. 

3. Risk & Gap Analysis
   Doing this deep dive enables me to identify where your practices fall short of GDPR requirements — and highlight areas of potential future risk – and then make the necessary recommendations of what you need to implement. 

4. GDPR Drive
   You’ll receive a locked drive folder full of your GDPR documents, as well as clear guidance from me on how to implement anything new as well as best practices.

When the audit is finished we can talk about booking in a training session so that your staff are all trained to understand and know their GDPR obligations. I also have a quarterly review program you can join to ensure your GDPR stays up to date and remains futureproof.
